Our school has set up an Erasmus+ project for the next two school years with Wellington School (Ayr - Scotland) and Zavod Sv. Stanislava (Ljubljana - Slovenia).
The project was baptised 'Small countries, strong cultures'.
During this project both teacher mobility and pupil mobility will take place alternating with ongoing projects, such as the development of a website, the design of a logo or making music together celebrating our small countries and strong cultures.
The first teacher mobility took place in Scotland early October. Staff and principals went to Ayr to further shape the project.
There was also a teachers' conference, organised by UCAPE (Union pour la culture et l'avenir professionel en Europe) with colleagues from France, Germany, Hungary and even India.
This was the ideal time to continue networking and brainstorming about internationalisation.
The first student mobility will take place in Ljubljana from 9 till 13 February 2020.
This pupil mobility suits the pupils of 4 La and GrLa very well, because this mobility has both a linguistic and a Roman history component. The pupils will stay in host families.
